Bistro Bröd och Vin serves small and large. There is always a prix fixe with a glass of wine on the chalkboard. We take our inspiration from other Swedish restaurant classics, with the aim of creating, in time, a modern classic in Umeå that serves well cooked, good food, plain and simple.
